Welcome! I’m Darcy Barrett, a Christian counselor passionate about helping people live free in Christ—walking in His love, truth, and calling. With years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through seasons of pain, healing, and growth, I believe every story can be redeemed by and flourish in God’s grace. Whether you’re facing anxiety, betrayal trauma, or simply longing for deeper peace and purpose, my prayer is that you’ll find this a safe place to be fully known, fully loved, and gently guided toward wholeness in Him.
Faith Based Individual Therapy
I specialize in helping clients navigate the deep places of the heart—especially where pain, trauma, and faith intersect. My clinical work includes supporting individuals struggling with betrayal trauma, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and complex PTSD. I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma recovery and also offer care in areas of spiritual formation and healthy sexuality.
Whether your struggle feels emotional, relational, or spiritual, my goal is to help you experience freedom, clarity, and lasting change through the renewing work of Christ.
Faith Based Trauma Therapy
I offer multimodal trauma therapy that includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Faith Based Marriage Therapy
In my work with couples, I specialize in helping marriages heal, rebuild trust, and grow in genuine intimacy—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Many couples come to therapy carrying pain from betrayal, communication breakdowns, past trauma, or unmet needs. My approach integrates biblical truth with clinically grounded methods, offering a safe and grace-filled space where both partners can be heard and understood. Through evidence-based techniques, trauma-informed care, and Christ-centered guidance, I help couples move from patterns of disconnection toward renewed closeness, forgiveness, and partnership.
